LIMITED PARTNERSHIP POSITIONS

We offer limited partnership positions to three types of lawyers:

• First, we are looking for trial lawyers who have a proven trial record and want to grow their practices with like-minded partners.
• Second, we are looking for senior lawyers who may no longer want to practice law on a full-time (or even part-time) basis but who have clients who still look to them for advice and other services.
• Third, we are looking for lawyers who do not want to practice law on a daily basis but who have the resources to help the firm "invest" in large commercial contingent fee cases.

STAFF ATTORNEY POSITIONS

We know that numerous highly competent litigators with eight years or more of experience who have fallen through the cracks because they are tired of big-firm politics or they need to work more flexible hours than the big firms allow. We offer permanent, full-time and "flex time" positions for such lawyers and assign those lawyers to cases which need consistency, not all-nighters.
