We are retained by clients to handle one or more matters on a case-by-case basis.

The Majorie Firm typically limits our representation to cases and controversies which exceed $1 million. Many of our cases represent a corporate crisis or high-profile problem. Others involve complicated issues, numerous parties or serveral jurisdictions or courts.

We accept cases throughout the country, involving any industry, and pending in any forum.

As part of our services, we locate, educate, and manage local counsel and specialists when appropriate.

Our fees for these services vary from hourly, to fixed fee, to modified contingency, to full contingency.
