We are retained by clients on a long-term basis to provide them with turn-key management and resolution of all of the disputes which may arise in their business, from the smallest to the largest.

The Majorie Firm's "hub-spoke" approach to the relationship allows clients to interact solely with the lawyers in our firm while relying on us to locate, educate, and manage other lawyers throughout Texas or the country.

We also provide seminars to educate our client's personnel about conflict management and litigation and we issue periodic "client alerts" to advise senior management about ways it can prevent conflicts from arising in the future.

Our fees for these services typically involve a stair-step rate schedule, flat or monthly fees, bonuses for value creation, or a mixture of all three.
