The Majorie Firm has very distinct views about the kinds of people we ask to join our firm and why they are important to the services we provide our clients.

We believe that clients are entitled to have lawyers with real experience handling their cases. We therefore only hire lawyers with eight years or more of experience. Proven problem-solving abilities is also crucial to being a member of our firm.

Our paraprofessional and administrative employees possess the same levels of competence, commitment to integrity, and service as the Firm's lawyers. Our staff greet clients and their representatives by name and work with the client's staff to avoid duplication of effort and save time and money.
