We ask clients to appoint the right businesspeople as our client contacts, to ensure that the client is with us every step of the way. We work with the client's in-house counsel, transaction or corporate counsel, accountants and other professionals to build from past experience and minimize duplication of effort. We also often recommend the retention of individual lawyers outside our firm who specialize in discrete areas of law to ensure that our clients receive advice from the best people in their field.

The end result is that our clients are represented by a "virtual law firm" which is led by The Majorie Firm and is dedicated solely to resolving a particular problem for a particular client. No more faceless associates or nameless partners who happen to be on the team because they happen to practice in one firm.
